Our versatile Content Room is designed for creators, artists, podcasters, entrepreneurs, and brands looking to produce professional-quality content. The space features multiple creative sets and backgrounds, allowing you to capture a variety of looks without changing locations. Perfect for podcasts, interviews, mic performances, social media content, YouTube videos, branding shoots, and promotional content. Professional lighting and podcast equipment are available to help bring your vision to life. $60 per hour with a 2-hour minimum booking requirement. A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session.
Cancellation Policy
2-hour minimum per session $20 deposit required to book (non-refundable) No deposit = No booking 15-min grace period — after that, time is deducted 30+ min late = canceled session 24-hour notice to reschedule (1 time only) No-call/no-show = full payment next time Mixes delivered in 3-5 business days Respect the time.
